We’ve put together some of the most frequently asked questions that we hope will help you find the answers you are looking for.

How long do I have access to the content?

Once registered you have access to The Microbiome Summit content until December 31, 2019. During this time, you can watch each video and listen to each audio recording as many times as you want!

Can I download the content?

No, videos and audio recordings are available for streaming only. You will need an internet connection to engage with all the content.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Refund requests should be directed to support@townhallmedicine.com.

I am having trouble getting the videos to play or they are playing slowly. Please help!

We want you to have the best viewing experience possible.  Let’s review some of the possible causes.

  • Internet Connection Speed.  High-speed internet is a must for viewing streaming videos. We recommend a connection speed of no less than 10 Mbs.
  • Browser.  Town Hall Medicine platform works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Additionally, we recommend using the latest version of your web browser.
  • Computer Speed.  Some older computers may have trouble streaming the content.

  • Are you getting an error message or are the videos just not playing when you click the play button?
  • What browser are you using?
  • What version of that browser?
  • Go to speedtest.net and run a test, what speed does it say you have for download?

Can I get a discount after I've placed my order?

There are no price adjustments after an order has been completed.
